Content you create: Project names, items, goals, milestones, and other information you enter in our apps.
Communications: If you contact us, we keep a record of that correspondence.
Marketing preferences: Whether you've opted in to receive updates from us (always optional).
Information Collected Automatically
Log information: Standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.
Usage information: When you created your account or performed actions within an app.
What We Don't Collect
- No third-party analytics or advertising trackers
- No location data
- We don't sell your data
How We Use Your Information
- Provide and improve the Services
- Send account-related emails (password resets, important updates)
- Send newsletters (only if you opted in)
- Protect against misuse
We don't use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.
How We Share Your Information
Your content is private by default. We share information only:
- With service providers — Hosting, database, and email services that help us operate. They're contractually obligated to protect your data.
- For legal reasons — If required by law (subpoena, court order). We'll notify you if permitted.
- In a business transfer — If Over Easy Worldwide is acquired, your information may transfer. We'll notify you beforehand.
Your Rights
Access and edit: You can view and edit your data in our apps.
Delete: You can delete your account in app settings. This permanently removes all your data.
Unsubscribe: Click unsubscribe in any marketing email.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Data Retention
We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted.
Children
Our Services are not intended for children under 13. If we learn we've collected information from a child under 13, we'll delete it promptly.
International Users
We're based in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in the US.
